With one click you can change your IP address to any country in the world. This makes it possible to unlock local content you usually couldn't access, fast and safe.
Additionally a VPN allows you to remain secure online, by protecting your real identity from prying eyes such as your ISP and local authorities.

What is V8 Supercars?
The V8 Supercars Championship is a touring car racing disputed in Australia and New Zealand since 1960. It was first called “Australian Touring Car Championship” and forged the rivalry between Ford and Holden.
Originally, each calendar date was contested to a single race, with few exceptions. In 1992 a format of two races per date was adopted, and in 1996 it changed to three races per date.
Later, in 1999, three special races were added to the calendar: Bathurst’ 1000 km, Adelaide’s 500 km and Queensland’s 500 km. In 2003 the 500 km of Queensland were replaced by the 500 km of Sandown.
V8 Supercars Calendar
The calendar also holds the races of Gold Coast 600, included in 2009, and the newest incorporation: Newcastle 500, that was first released in 2017, in New South Wales.
The Ford-Holden rivalry was exploited by the two companies, which used official cars on track to promote high-performance versions of their Ford Falcon, Holden Monaro and Holden Torana street models. Currently Holden leads the duel with 13 titles against Ford’s six titles.
V8 Supercars History
In 1973 the Group C CAMS (Confederation of Australian Motor Sport)’ rules were adopted by the competition. This allowed the teams to modify their cars, avoiding the necessity of commercialize those models.
In was in that period that Holden Commodore appeared, along with BMW 6 Series, Mazda RX-7 and Chevrolet Camaro.
Twelve years later, the V8 Supercars Championship embraced International Automobile Federation (FIA)’s Group A rules, which allowed the importation of foreign cars, like Ford Sierra and Nissan Skyline.
In1993 new rules were adopted by the championship, due to the fact that Nissan Skyline R32 cars were considered an unfair advantage because of its power, and these rules were exclusively for Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore with V8 engines as main class.
They began participating in the Australian Super Touring Championship independently in 1994. Super Touring had its own Bathurst 1000 KM in 1997 and 1998, so the race received the denomination of Australian 1000 Classic.
The tournament was renamed V8 Supercars in 1999, and the Bathurst 1000 Km start giving championship points. Since that moment, the other resistance races give points as well, like it was in the decade of 1970.
Since 1995 until 2012 the only models allowed in the category were Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore.
Modern Day V8 Supercars
The category adopted new cars in 2013, with standard chassis and 18-inch diameter wheels. Mercedes-Benz and Nissan joined the same year, with their Nissan Altima and Mercedes-Benz E Class models, while Volvo did it in 2014 with its Volvo S60. Mercedes-Benz left after the 2015 season and returned at the end of 2016.
In 2017 the Australian Supercar Championship allowed other engines besides traditional V8. Holden decided to try a V6 Turbo engine in 2018.
The current competition’s champion driver is Scott McLaughlin, member of DJR Team Penske, who drives a Ford Mustang GT.
The Australian driver Jamie Whincup is the championship most-winner with 7 titles while driving for the brand Holden, followed by Dick Johnson, Mark Skaife and Ian Geoghegan with five titles each.
