The New Zealand International Jazz & Blues Festival is the largest combined jazz and blues event in the country – and it all happens in Christchurch! The Festival is proud to present some of the world’s finest jazz and blues musicians in a series of must-hear events at venues throughout the city.

A diverse programme reaches out to those who love to listen to instrumentals and vocals, those who would like to sing jazz (but never had the chance) and those who want to experience jazz for the first time. There’s Jazz in the City, Jazz on Film, Jazz Master classes, Jazz on radio…something for everyone to rival the colours of the trees in Christchurch.
